Melatonin Complex is a soothing nighttime formula, which combines the neurohormone melatonin with three key inhibitory neurotransmitters: GABA, glycine, and magnesium taurinate, and with Coenzymated vitamin B-6, the active form of vitamin B-6.
Source Naturals Melatonin Complex is suitable for vegetarians and HYPOALLERGENIC: contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy, or wheat. Contains no sucrose, starch, salt, preservatives, artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
SUGGESTED USAGE
One Melatonin Complex tablet at bedtime; one half tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not take more than two tablets daily unless recommended by your physician.
