 Anonymous "This is great"
As far as non-traditional shaving products go, this product is great. The scent is not overpowering, yet spicy enough to give you a boost in the morning. I am not using a brush at the moment just lathering with my hands but that seems to do the trick OK. As for the 4 rating, the lather is not as rich as I would like to see, but that might be something to get used to as opposed to more traditional creams and gels. The lather that does remain turns into a film that still provides a close shave with no nicks when used with a good razor.

Works good, but it gets old as far as the novelty factor. Cool to come back to though, because it smells nice. However, their brush for the lather falls apart.

Great way to shave. Forget cans of foam; shave the old fashioned way. Builds up a great lather, and makes your skin very smooth. Use it with the ceramic mug and brush, or give all three as a gift; I did that for Christmas this year. Anyway, great product.

Excellent product! I have used it for the past 2 years and nothing comes close to a smooth, close shave. When traveling and having to use aerosol, I have noticed stubbiness that afternoon that isn't usually there when using Burt's Bees. It is just so hard to pack the ceramic cup and brush that I pack the Gillette or edge aerosol. I use the same razor, so the difference has to be in the soap. The lather quickly disappears. However, it is the soapy film that matters. Most days I lather up in quarters, however, the days I forget and fully lather, the shave is just as good.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! It has a wonderful spicy, manly scent. It gets a great lather and doesn't dry out your skin. Another great product from the Burt's Bees company.
