Works so much better than Desitin! Goes on more smoothly, only a thin layer is needed, and the natural herbal fragrance is so much nicer than the medicinal smell of most other brands. It also cleans off more easily when bathing.

We used many products looking for the right one to cure the "dreaded" diaper rash. It's really hard seeing your little one suffer from this! I decided to give Burt's a try. So many of his products work great, but this cream is wonderful! It has a very comforting pleasant smell. Seems to stay on longer protecting the skin. Really clears up the rashes too. Besides of the great ingredients they use, you can find it just about anywhere these days. I truly recommend giving it a try if your having trouble with "dreaded" diaper rash. :-(

Baby Bee Diaper ointment is the best product on the market in my opinion. My son has that awful diaper rash that kids get when they teeth. No other product could handle it.

Good stuff! The smell is strong, but who cares? It is far better than the other smells from that area. I run an infant and toddler care out of my home and this is my favorite product for rashes. For day-to-day bottom protection, I like Burt's Baby Bee powder and Ammens zinc oxide powder. Both are top notch. Go for Burt's lotion too. You'll love it!

You only need a tiny amount and the smell is incredible - after reading some other comments, I guess this is a matter of taste. I think this product is much better than Balmex, which is thinner, oily, and doesn't last nearly as long as this tiny little tube that is in a 100% recyclable container. I love this company and love their products, especially the diaper rash ointment. I wipe whatever's left on my own hands and it helps the rough spots! Also the cap does not come off completely, so my daughter can play with it.

I have a little boy with very sensitive skin so I started using burts bees products. Not long after he was born he got a bad diaper rash, I tried other products and found I had to use them often and after every diaper change. I had a hard time finding the Burts Bees diaper ointment in stores, but now that I have I am a loyal customer buying many tubes at once. It is so nice and silky and you only need a little bit. I was amazed that after one night my babys diaper rash was gone. I use it when I know that we will be traveling or can't get to a dirty diaper RIGHT away and it also prevents diaper rash. I recommend this to all my friends and anyone who is pregnant. It really saves money in the long run by being so powerful yet mild.

I was so excited to try this diaper ointment because I LOVE Burt's Bees! I like that it's creamy so it's easy to see where I've put it and it's easier to wipe off than the thick, clear ointments. I also thought it was great that the ointment contains vitamins A and E, though I don't really know that it makes the product any more effective. But it's great that it's an all natural product. The two things I didn't like about it were that it seemed more greasy than other creamy diaper ointments I've tried, and the smell, though nice, was also very strong! It filled my daughter's entire room one night!
