Energy and the Five Organ Systems
The human body responds quite predictably to the foods we eat and the activities in which we engage. When we obtain correct nutrition, exercise at least mildly, and balance stress with relaxation, we enjoy abundant energy, are rarely ill, and exhibit generally cheerful attitudes.
