SUGGESTED USAGE
Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 tablets bedtime. Chew tablets and allow to dissolve in the mouth.
Children 6 - 12 years of age, use one half the adult dosage. Not recommended for children under the age of 6 years.
For best results, take in a clean mouth. Does not cause daytime drowsiness. Store at room temperature (65-80°F)
