TrimSpa Ultra formula contains many of the same ingredients as those found in X32, including Hoodia Gordonii, Glucosamine, Green Tea Extract and Citrus Naringin. The "Ultra" factor that distinguishes it from X32 is the addition of CitruSpa, a concentrated grapefruit extract exclusive to TrimSpa Ultra.
What is CitruSpa?
CitruSpa is a unique ingredient consisting of grapefruit pulp and extract. It does not contain grapefruit seed, rind, or other inferior grapefruit by-products and proved effective in double-blind, placebo controlled Trim spa studies.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Take 1 tablet 3 times per day: Morning, midday and evening, ½ hour before meals, with 8 ounces of water each serving. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day. Each serving contains 40 mg of caffeine, equivalent to approximately half a cup of coffee. Results may vary based on individual effort and other factors.
Warning: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Prior to using this product, alone or combined with other supplements, nutrients, or medications, consult your physician. If you are taking lipid lowering medication (statins) do not take this product. Contains glucosamine derived from the shells of crustacean shellfish (crab, lobster, and/or shrimp). If you are allergic to shellfish, consult with your doctor before taking this product. When taking this product, be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Store at 15-30°C.
