Berry High™ is a completely natural combination of fruit and berry powders rich in antioxidant flavonoids such as ellagic acid, anthocyanins and other polyphenols.
Flavonoids and other polyphenols help protect against the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. Anthocyanins, as found in blueberries and grapes, impart bright colors to fruits and are biologically important substances known to protect vision, capillary strength and circulation. Red raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries contain ellagic acid in the form of ellagitannins, which are part of the family of phenolic antioxidant compounds that protect normal cell development. Ellagic acid is a water soluble antioxidant that promotes healthy cell development by shielding DNA from oxidative damage.
Berry High™ has a high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value (2200 μmoleTE/6 g).
The ORAC analysis provides a measure of the scavenging capacity of antioxidants against the peroxyl radical, which is one of the most common reactive oxygen species (ROS) found in the body. Trolox, a water-soluble Vitamin E analog, is used as the calibration standard and the ORAC result is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent (μmoleTE) per serving.
ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) values provide a functional measurement of the excellent antioxidant potency of Berry High™. This high ORAC value product may help slow the aging process by reducing oxidative damage to cells.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Mix 1 scoop (6 g) or 1 level tablespoon of powder with 6–8 oz. water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage, or you may:

for smoothies.
• Mix into cold or cooked cereals.
• Mix into hot tea
