Other uses include aiding hair growth, sluggish complexion, dry skin, eczema, shingles, skin tonic, as well as helping asthma, bronchitis, whooping cough, sinus congestion, anxiety, nervousness, hysteria, and fatigue.
SUGGESTED USAGE
For vapor therapy mix a drop of Sweet Basil Essential Oil with a few drops of water in an oil diffuser for migraines, general headaches, plus assisting with your concentration.
You can add a drop or two of Sweet Basil Essential Oil in a warm bath in order to relax tensed muscles as well as to ease menstrual cramps. You can also use this essential oil as a massage oil after you mixed it with a carrier oil like jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil.

Sweet Basil Essential Oil is usually for aromatherapy use only; therefore, you must always dilute before using it for any other use besides aromatherapy. Consult with an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be handled with extreme care.
