SUGGESTED USAGE
Adults take six capsules one to four times daily on an empty stomach before exercise or bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
This product can be taken all at once or in divided doses.
Start with about 25% of your target quantity and increase it gradually over a period of a few days to minimize the occurrence of minor side effects such as nausea.
