Textured Soy Protein (T.S.P.) Granules are an unflavored and versatile food. They are normally used in place of meat for vegetarian burgers, sauces, casseroles, stews, soups and chili. For normal use, pre-soak in water or seasoned sauce to soften before using. Just simmer for 25 minutes.
