I've had anxiety dosorder for most of my adult life, and depression for 5 years. I've been in talk therapy forever, and although it helps, I always felt that something could be added to help manage the rushes of craziness I felt. I can't handle any of the prescriptions offered by doctors for these challenges - they make my symptoms worse and I have horrible side effects from them. Therefore out of desperation, I turned to herbs.
After taking Brain Tonic for just a few days, I could feel a difference; after two weeks, I felt even better - dare I say "normal?"
I found that taking one capsule 3 times a day works best for me. So don't be afraid to experiment a bit with the dosage. I've been taking Brain Tonic for about 4 months now and have tapered off of the dosage a little bit and yet I've maintained my sanity.
I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from anxiety, depression, OCD, and other related challenges.
