How It Works
Methylcobalamin is the most active form of vitamin B12. Studies have shown that subjects taking methylcobalamin experienced increased daytime alertness and concentration, and in some cases, improved mood. Much of the benefit appears to result from methylcobalamin influencing melatonin secretion.
