SUGGESTED USAGE
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the afternoon. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, begin use with one capsule two times (2) daily for the first week. Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.

Exceeding recommended serving will not improve results and may cause serious adverse health effects. The maximum recommended dosage of ephedrine alkaloids for adults is not more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for more than twelve weeks. Discontinue use and call a health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms.
