Will Fiber Fusion Plus affect the absorption of prescription medications?
Fiber may slow the absorption of prescription medications, therefore we recommend that prescription medications not be taken at the same time as any fiber supplement. Generally, waiting at least 2 hours between taking fiber and prescription medications is sufficient, but please discuss the use of dietary supplements with your healthcare practitioner.
I started taking Fiber Fusion Plus and I’ve noticed I feel very gassy. What should I do?
Because many people do not get very much fiber in their daily diets, when they do increase their fiber intake they experience gas or sometimes occasional constipation or diarrhea. The key to successfully increasing fiber intake without experiencing adverse effects is to gradually increase your fiber and make sure you get plenty of water.
