It has a bad smell to it and they go bad fast if you put them in a pill sorter, but the product works very well for my hair! My hair is very shiny and silky now. My nails are getting stronger slowly, but I havn't noticed much for my skin. I've only taken it for 1 month and I'm back for more.

How long before I start to see results?
Results can be seen within six to eight weeks, but some people notice an improvement in their fingernails as soon as the second week.
How should I take Hair, Skin & Nails?
It should be taken three times daily, preferably one tablet with each meal.
What causes its unique odor?
It's a combination of vitamins (especially B vitamins, which have a distinctive smell) and sulfur-bearing amino acids, cysteine and methionine. This odor is not harmful, nor does it "repeat" or excrete through the pores.
What should my tablets look like?
Since Hair, Skin & Nails is a natural product, color will vary slightly from lot to lot. The speckled tablets do darken with age, as B vitamins break through the coating. This is a naturally occurring process and does not harm the product.
