I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the Hot Flash tablets from Source Naturals. When I first began taking them, within a week I noticed a difference. My ob/gyn gave me a pamphlet listing herbs I could take to ease the symptoms of menopause, instead of taking synthetic hormones. A number of these herbs are included in this formula so I tried it almost two years ago. It worked for me and has worked since then. Over time, at my doctor's suggestion, I have cut down the dosage and I still have few or no symptoms.

I have tried numerous products claiming to relieve hot flashes and night sweats, and none of them worked for me. I had my ovaries removed, so was immediately put on estrogen replacement therapy. I hated how I felt - those hot flashes and the side effect of bloating were terrible.
