SUGGESTED USAGE
For best results, begin taking at the first sign of symptoms. Take 1 tablet every four hours for mild symptoms and every two hours for more intense discomfort. Place tablet under the tongue to dissolve or bite gently allowing the tablet bits to dissolve more quickly under the tongue. They have a mild,pleasant taste. For small children, they may be crushed in a spoon.
